Creekside Family Care maintains an outstanding staff of personal care workers and certified nursing assistants! The staff at Creekside Family Care goes through a thorough screening process to ensure that we hire only the best workers to care for your loved ones. Each staff member receives over 60 hours of training to become Personal Care, Alzheimer's, and Dementia certified and maintain a professionalism that is unparalleled by any other company!

Nursing Visits

At Creekside Family Care we believe in going above and beyond! Our registered nurses are on-call and make regular visits to each individual enrolled in our program far beyond the required state minimum. The Registered Nurse Supervisor works closely with the program to assist clients to live independently. She/he will ensure that high quality supportive care, personal care and advanced personal care are being provided as described in the client’s Plan of Care. The RN Supervisor will also conduct health assessments and evaluation services, in-home quality assurance visits and nursing oversight of the delivery of services.
